Jacob & Charis Lincoln

This dynamic couple ministers with a joyful intensity. Both Jacob and Charis were discipled by the Pratt’s and continue pursuing their vision with This Generation Ministries.

Although Jacob is an accomplished musician, he is so much more than that. This young minister is not afraid to jump into new opportunities and tackle new challenges for the sake of Kingdom building. He has a degree in music and a wealth of music ministry experience. Traveling throughout the bush of Alaska, Jacob has extensive experience ministering to the Native People as well as local and state youth events. Jacob is a young minister who walks a lifestyle of integrity. He is dependent on the the voice and direction of the Holy Spirit and leads others towards the Cross of Christ. His sincere love for people is revealed in his communication and interaction with others.

Charis made a bold move of faith from San Jose, California to the Alaskan frontier in 2003. Her six years of discipleship and ministry gave her priceless experience that has helped define her calling and refine her gifts. Charis is a powerful role model to many. She is gifted in evangelism, preaching, teaching, discernment, and walking in the gifts of the spirit.

Charis is highly gifted in drama and her creativity in human videos is inspiring as well as impact-full. This young lady is a strong leader in intercession; Her ministry in prayer is powerful both privately and corporately. Introducing people to the saving power of Jesus Christ is her default setting. Charis has a sensitive heart towards hurting hearts and lives a lifestyle that overflows with healing. She has a heart for children and a great love for the Alaskan Native people. Charis has traveled to many villages in Alaska gaining much favor as she personally and professionally proclaimed a message of hope. 

Working on Staff of This Generation Ministries, Charis continues her ministry to the lost and hurting of Alaska. Her involvement in multi-media, music, theatrics and missions is vital to the ministry of TGM. Charis also plays a valuable role as the drummer for “motiv,” the worship band of TGM. Motiv reaches this generation with a voice and sound relevant to a younger audience.  

Charis is a breath of fresh air to today’s church as she ministers a transparent and relevant message. Her personal princess story continues to inspire audiences as well as individuals each time she speaks. Her personal testimony frees young woman from the bondage of fear and imparts hope. Those who experience her ministry are encouraged, motivated and energized to reach the lost!

Gifted in music, worship and all aspects of multi-media, Jacob contributes regularly to the vision of TGM. Jacob is TGM’s Director of Multi-media, and lead guitarist of “motiv”. Charis is the “motiv” drummer and Director of Theatrics as well as assisting her man in multi-media. Both Jacob and Charis stay very busy pursuing their Kingdom purpose.
