This seasoned ministry team is in their third decade of reaching and raising up young people. God moved Pastor Ron, his beautiful wife and their children to Alaska in 1998. There ministry to young people as well as to the villages of Alaska continues to bring healing to those without hope and the countless hearts crying out for truth.
A gifted communicator, preacher and teacher, Ron Pratt has ministered throughout the United States and Mexico, as well as Europe. His vision and creativity to reach hurting people is contagious. Restoring cultural protocols and showing honor are some of the effective ministry methods that he not only practices, but also teaches to others. Ron (aka) PapaBear, has walked out the spiritual father role to many sons and daughters over the years. When attending one of his workshops or seminars, it becomes obvious that he is purpose-driven to help others become who they are in Christ! He believes the Body of Christ should “laugh” more and enjoy the road to their Destiny! His humorous approach to ministry is anointed as well as full of impartation and revelatory nuggets of truth.
Yolanda is a true Proverbs 31 woman! This woman of God is full of love for people and uses her gifts to bring healing and maturity to young women. Gifted as a powerful leader of intercession, Yolanda knows how to call on Father God and walk out her faith through daily lifestyle. She carries herself with elegance, beauty, strength and grace. Yolanda is a powerful role model to women. She exemplifies how a mother, wife, friend and daughter of the King should live out life, and do it successfully.
Ron and Yolanda continue to disciple and prepare young adults for their Kingdom purpose. There sincere love for this generation and passion to see young people giving their ALL to JESUS can be seen in the lives of the many young ministers they have discipled.
Yolanda’s support of her husband and the ministries of TGM is irreplaceable. As President and Founder of This Generation Ministries, Ron continues to lead the TGM vision and mandate to reach, train and release the lost of Alaska.
