Pre-Registration Clarification: Registration is a 2 part process:

1) Filling out the personal registration info and submitting it.

2) Paying the $40 before the deadline. (you may pay on-line or TGM in person)

If you only register on-line, but neglect to pre-pay, a "free" T-shirt will Not be held for you.
